We have initial drawings for a new double garage and an extra bedroom which will be under the existing roofline. We have do not yet have permits for the work and we need to get Engineering to specify load bearing elements of the work, which we are happy to undertake. We are looking initially for estimates for the work that we want to have completed with the intent to determine the best path forward to getting this work completed in the shortest timeframe.
