I have some basic drawing for this Project but have not had the design drafted or details engineered yet. (Maybe you can do this for me?)
Details:
• The patio needs to be free standing with 4x steel post concreted into deep footings to do away with any diagonal supports. These post will be later bricked around.
• Timber roof frame ( - not Solar Span)
• Roof to be corrugated iron and gutter and fascia profile to match the existing house.
• Concrete Slab ~200mm high
• Exposed timber beam x2 - Laminated?
