- demolish existing timber rear wall of the garage (facing into the back garden)
- extend existing slab and perform associated groundworks
- extend width of existing garage door opening and perform associated structural works to support enlarged opening
- install new roller door
- re-build rear wall of garage in brick
- install new steel roofing and guttering to fit enlarged garage envelope
