I have seen land advertised in flowerdale and am considering buying it. the property doesn't look viable to live in but maybe i'd get by until the decision to build. i don't know that it would be able to be renovated. however, as to the building aspect it appears to be on sloping land, and i wondered if you could give me an assessment, some prices, etc, as to the viability of building here. i would only want a fairly small property, something nice. i saw a very small property in cockatoo a couple of years back but it wasn't for sale and seemed to be the odd one out, most were more expensive. i picked an arbitrary time frame as i am looking about 6 months into the future to build.
