Apartment Window and Door Frame (2.7m x 1.4m in size) Relocation.

  Residential apartment in Docklands with large terrace. Require movement of 3 section apartment window/door frame approximately 1.5 to 2m outwards from current location. Consist of 2 fixed window frames and 2 sliding door components of approximately 2.7m x 4.1m in size. Rough scope includes:

1. Removal of tiles in front of window/door frame
2. Removal of concrete screed under tiles to floor level (jack hammering required)
3. Construction of framing for new location and re-sealing as required
4. Provision of new double glazed window and doors (2.7m x 4.1m frame with 2 sliding doors and 2 window sections) - please provide cost option to retain existing rather than replace with double glaze new.
5. Construction of new framing for windows/doors
6. Installation of window frame & doors in new location
7. Battening & plastering of internal concrete walls
8. Laying of floorboards on exposed concrete - (matching floorboards provided by owner)
9. Painting of internal walls - paint provided by owner
10. Removal of all scrap as required
