I am looking at renovating the existing bathroom, and possibly extending it into the laundry area so that an extra toilet can be added (this will require removal of an internal wall- if this can be done). Need a quote and opinion from a builder as to how to maximise the space available, and if the wall can be removed, cost of renovation.
