We require a licensed, qualified builder to assist with renovating a bathroom and creating an attic room in an existing roof space (without altering the roof height). Bathroom renovation will include knocking out two non structural walls and converting a separate toilet/hallway/laundry area into a dining room. Attic conversion is to include structural floor, insulation, attic ladder and skylights. The home owner is a builders labourer and can assist with the strip out and all general labouring work each day. He will use own electrician and plumber.
