I have completed sets of working and engineering drawings plus soil test and energy rating report. I believe that you will be able to give me detailed quote and specification to build to completion. This is 2 units development. One unit is 4 bed/3 bath and the second is 3 bed/2bath.
Development to be completed on slightly sloping block of land. The details are all covered in the engineering plans.
Also if you are interested I'd consider the option making a deal. I'm prepared to sell lot 2 for you and you would build the unit 1 on my lot (price to be negotiated).
