Build a 2 storey House - Plans and Permits in place
Greg requested 3 quotes from Builders in Tranmere via BUILD
We have DA plans approved by Council and our Draftsman/engineer is currently finalising the BA plans for council submission. Once completed council will process within 10 days then construction can commence.
The house is two levels comprising the following:
1st floor: 176m2; deck 33.5m2; = 209.5m2
2nd Floor: 154m2; Deck 27m2 = 181m2
The house will be rendered block with colour bond roofing. We are seeking a build without any luxury items, just basic everything and all interior/exterior colouring walls/ceiling/doors etc. is white (we are not owners that are pedantic about every little detail, simplistic is fine).
