We are currently building a house and have a sliding door coming off the upstairs bedroom but need a separate builder to build the deck as we the house builder does not accept alterations to the outside of the house.
The house is due to be completed around July-Aug 2008 and we would be wanting to have the deck completed within 6 month of the house completion. However, we would like to have plans in place well before this time, as we anticipate that there is some minor changes to the house construction (eg leave off sills) that may be possible to incorporate
