We currently have an exisiting dwelling on our propert and want to get a price for knocking it down and building a new home.
we have quite a narrow block (12 metres wide).
we do not have any plans drawn up, however have a number of plans from other exisiting properties and pretty much know what we want.
we have also investigated rennovating and are now comparing this to a knock down / rebuild.
