New roofed deck required to be built. Dimensions are 9m x 5m deck, with hardwood timber decking board. Pitched roof to follow continuing roof line of house, attached onto existing gable end. Zinc allume steel roof with engineered roof trusses spanning 9 meters. Deck ceiling sheeted with weatherproof sheeting. Deck and roof to use steel posts. Site is level. Deck is approx 600mm high. Deck ceiling is approx 2.9m above deck. Access available up side of house. Access is 1.8m wide at narrowest point. (Fine for bobcat and dingo).
Full certified building plans available for this job, which include soil test reports. Start on site about 6-8 weeks time.
