I want to build a separate structure on my land which will ultimately be linked to the main house with a connecting corridor.
the structure is for the bedrooms - i require a 5 square building for two bedrooms and a mezanine or some form of upstairs third bedroom (preferably making the entire space 8-10 squares, but optional smaller space upstairs). i want to use efficient, cheap materials like concrete or pre-fab on side walls, with the front only as a feature with better materials (considering some mudbrick)it will have a colour bond roof (perhaps with one or two fake attic windows). the structure could be on a concrete slab or raised - whatever is the most economical. access to the site is easy and it will be levelled.
