I am writing on behalf of my Boss who lives in Romano Cresent, Iluka.
He currently lives in a 2 storey house and would like to extend his home with a studio.
This studio is planned to be constructed above his garage. He has a 2,5 garage. (garage is only 1 storey, there is presently no construction on top of garage)
Preffered materials for the studio are brick and wood.
He would like the studio to fit around 30 people comfortably.
Please confirm asap if you are able to do this job and roughly how much it will cost.
