We are thinking of building a verandah attached to the side of the house (to the fascia/eve), using timber frames. Size is 4.2 m (length) by 3m (projection)
We would also like to build a patio at the back of the house (attached to the fascia as well). Size is 7.6 m (length) and 1.5 m (projection) with timber frames. We are looking for free and obligation free quotes.
We are also looking for someboby who would also organise permits from the council for us as well. We need the jobs to be finished by end of October or mid November.
