Build a 32square metre verandah over an existing deck. Note the 4 support posts will be 250mm x 250mm iron bark wharf timber which I have had remilled. Roof to be connected to existing house and tied into ends of existing roof rafters (ie remove gutter and eves). Roof will be 8 metres wide x 4 metres deep. Finished in Colour bond roofing, and internal lining on ceiling (cement sheet or similar).
