I'd like to get an extension built with the new structure running alongside my existing home - approximately 35 square meters with one bathroom, a bedroom and a rumpus room. The bathroom will butt up against an existing bathroom so the plumbing will be easily accessible. The house is on stumps and I'd like a flat roof for the extension so that the solar panels on my roof aren't affected by shade. The exterior would ideally be brick or rendered finish (not weatherboard). There are no easements in the designated area.
