we are tearing down a lean-to extension on our property and rebuilding it correctly and only slightly extending one side out to the boundary line.
total size is about 4.5 meters by 5 meters. the roof on this rebuild/extension will be flat however this will need to be tied into two existing pitched roofs. this will be built on stumps, timber framed, weatherboard external walls and colour-bond roof.
at this stage looking to get someone to get the job done to lock up so we are talking frame, roof and external weatherboards.
plans drawn up, engineering completed, about to get building permit so looking to start asap.
need someone who can provide references, give us a fixed contract and most importantly, complete the job within an agreed period allowing exceptions for weather conditions.
