This job is within a block of 4 flats/apartments with a common driveway and carport (in Camberwell).
The existing 4 car carport (steel posts/corrugated sheet roof/brick back wall), needs to be pulled down.
A new carport needs to be built (steel posts and corrugated sheeting roofing).
However, instead of a back brick wall for the carport, we require a Colorbond fence built along the boundary line. Both neighbours have already agreed.
Some small areas of concrete driveway (which have cracked) may also need to be fixed up.
