Ground floor 10 ft ceilings, timber flooring to entrance, family kitchen and dining areas. 4 BR, study, laundry, rumpus. 3 bathrooms and a powder room. To be built on stumps with ducted heating in floor, refrigerated cooling in ceiling, ducted vacuum. Double remote garage. Caesar-stone benches in kitchen. GOF in family rm. Gas/Solar-heated water. Alfresco area and decking to back. Quality fittings throughout.
Prefer small builder with low overheads but committed to quality, can start and finish with out delay. We have plans ready to go. We want references and someone who is proactive, has clear communication, quality subcontractors and doesn't make the usual excuses/delays.
Budget: $450-$500k.
