Builder advice only required for building against underground cement wall
Nancy requested 2 quotes from Builders in Brighton
We would like to build an extra room under the house. One of the walls under the house is build against the ground. The front yard is levelled up to the top of the wall which mean moisture comes in through this wall. There is currently a little gutter built into the floor to whisk any moisture away.
We would like to advice of a licensed builder or inspector on the best way to build near/against this wall which meets building codes and will also pass any building inpections in the future.
