We have Planning permit in place, engineering docs & ready to get a building permit but need to appoint a builder first.
Looking for quotes from builders to construct a 2 story extension which will add onto the side of our existing 2 story house.
Approximately 30m square floor area (5m x 3m -15m square each level) & then a 48m square roof deck 6x8m with alfresco building on part of the roof deck.
The 2 Story extension will house a kitchen at ground level, kids bedroom above on 2nd level. Then stairs to be constructed to take us up to new roof deck with alfresco building on part of the roof deck.
