I have a colourbond roof which i think is letting water into my ceiling during terential rain periods as water drips from my alarm box which is inside my house. Theleak is at the apex of a pitched roof. My insurance company has asked that I have a builder inspect to determine whether this is in fact caused by excess water so I can then have it repaired.
