I have a Planning permit and construction drawings to build a small double storey townhouse on a standard block and add a garage to the existing house. So I am looking for a builder with great time/management/organisational skills to start building. You must be able to provide a competitive fixed price quote, with detailed breakdown of costings for materials used, labour costs and site costs. Must have references and preferably examples of recent works. You must be a registered builder, with builders warranty/relevant insurances etc, be able to complete the job on time and must take old fashioned pride in your work.
