Building a new ensuite

I would like to build a new en-suite approximately 3m x 3.2m. It will be extended off an existing bedroom under and existing roof line, and has 2 other bedroom walls that will make up the room therefore it need 2 new walls under the existing roof to complete the structure.
The bathroom will be modern style with tile on the floor and walls to ceiling. A stand alone bath (supplied by me) will be installed flush onto the bathroom floor, and a walk in shower that has a single frames piece of glass will be installed.
On one of the two new walls to be built, we plan on having a floor to ceiling window approximately 2m wide. A skylight will be installed into the existing roof.
A entrance will need to be cut through the existing brick wall from the bedroom, and the other existing wall has a door that will need to be closed over.
The new Ensuite will connect into the existing onsite septic and grey water system.
I intend to supply the bath, toilet, vanity sinks and probably tiles.
The goal is to have the work completed by the end of June.
