We are looking at building a duplex of approx 195sqm each (ie 390 sqm in total). Our land size is 621sqm (18.8m x 31m) and we should be ok with all setback requirements and FSR (once garage, stairs etc are excluded).
We are looking for a builder to take us through from planning/drawing stage, DA lodgement & Council approval, construction and right through to the end.
Budgeting to spend approx $400k-$450k all up.
