The builder (following completion), was asked to come back and complete a number of items following a Report from the DBDRV.
These items include;
- Sand/Prepare/Painting - Kitchen/Family Room, Hallway, Laundry, Bathroom
- Fix/Repairs - external wall with Render cracks
- Various Carpentry items
- Replace cracked Tiles
- Install Deadlocks
- Silicone around Tiles
(happy to provide you a list of the items from the report)
The builder has since gone out of business, and now we are looking for someone to complete, these 'Cosmetic' items
