I am looking at doing some renovations on an investment property in Braybrook and am looking for a builder. The house is a weatherboard 3 bed / 1 bath and I would like to install a new kitchen, laundry, make some improvements to the bathroom, add 3 x new built-in robes, add a deck, and some new sliding doors to the back.
At this stage I don't have draftsman plans as I don't think I need it for the scope of work to be done? I also will be heavily involved and able to be present every day.
Ideally I would like this done early in the new year - January if at all possible but I understand most places are closed a lot of January.
