i require a building inspection that will provide me with an assessment of some defects that require repair to my home, specifically there is a section of my front verandah that is warping the verandah roof and the main beam is coming away from the bricks and warping the ceiling. i am also ready to start planning bathroom and kitchen renovations and need to check that all is ok before i start planning. pictures are attached of the verandah issue.
