I would like a building inspection on a 30yr old home - brick veneer on concrete stumps. A lower section of the veneer at the back of the house beneath the kitchen has cracked and sunk (continuing to move!). Inside the floor has not moved although wall tiles and plaster work have cracked... I would like an idea of what would be required to fix the problem and what it might cost.
