I am wanting to investigate a duplex build on a block I own in Aspendale. The block size is 38.9 metres long by 15.24 wide. I am quite flexible on the build and as a minimum require just 2 to 3 bedrooms, though dependant on cost and what can fit on the block would go larger. I am really getting no where with the major building companies I've approached so far and thought I'd try this website. I am seriously looking into this development and not just 'window shopping', with the view to commencing a build early in the new year.
