I require the buidling of a backyard bungalow approx 4m by 3m. Just a one room dwelling is required no bathroom etc. Preferably pitched roof and fully lined . Have not got plans yet..may need help with this and buidling permit as bigger that 10sq m. Also after internal door put on end of a hallway inside main dwelling. Unsure of how much these will be together.
