We need to have the front patio of our home assessed for repair or replacement. The balcony is approx 4m X 2 m and is damaged. It is constructed from wooden beams and has tiles on the top layer. It is raised off the ground (on second storey) and placed between 2 colonades. It appears to be water damaged. Reliable builder required.
