We are planning a small internal revovation to our entry area of our first floor apartment. We would like to extend the area at the top of our staircase to fill in a void and make this into a small room/office. The size of the new "room" is only 2.1mx1.4m approx, needs 1 stud wall with Cavity door and a suspended floor over entry way/hall (Floor will be attached to 3 walls and join existing landing on the 4th side). Simple job for someone skilled. Can supply photos and a rough plan to help visualise what we need done. I'm unavailable on the mobile during business hours due to work restrictions on carrying a mobile, so please email your details, rates, etc and I will call at my convenience.
We need someone who can draw up the appropriate building plans and carry out the construction work also. Need a seperate quote on the planning phase as plans have to be submitted for approval (body corp) for the building wok can commence, and a quote on the building phase.
