Hi, we need to get occupancy permit for our mudbrick cottage that has following issues:
1. The timber beam located over the internal stairs from the ground to 1st floor has reduced the height of the required 2 metres to 1.9 meters.
2. Seal all wet areas where exposed.
3. Glazing certificate- some windows within 500mm of the flooring needs to be safety tough glass. Bathroom from base of bath to window is within 2 meters need to be toughen glass.
4. The heater unit has no evidence available that is complies with Australia Standard 2918 and the National Construction Code (NCC) part 3.7.3.
The building is located in Lower Plenty suburb and I am available to show to property early morning around 7 AM or after hours or on any time during 2nd nov or weekends.
