We are looking for a builder to complete a small extension and some minor renocvation work to a house at Carlingford. The plans were lodged with council about two weeks ago and we are expecting aproval in about 6 weeks. I am looking to complete the work by mid November.
Basic Scope:
The extension is 25sq/m
Deck 32 sq/m
Modifications to roof line.
Also remove two small non load baring internal walls.
Provide plumbing services for conversion of exisiting study into 2nd bathroom.
I was hoping to meet with you on site Monday 11th sometime late in the afternoon to look over the job. I am only out that way once a week and time is escaping from me on this project.
