I would like a quote to construct a new 35 sq + house on a sloping block (approx 1.8 metre towards the front) Property has 15 metre wide frontage and approx 45 metre deep. All options considered. I will also consider 2 x 25 sq town house on this block as an alternative if a suitable plan to suit our needs is not available.
House to have 4 BR, living, study, home theatre and alfresco and double garage.
No plans or permit. Builder must be registered with good credential and references required.
