The following is a scope of works i would like to get done on an existing building which will be the new site of a laboratory. the work includes,
cladding three existing stud walls 7.2m x 2.6m, 0.96m x 2.6m and 0.85m x 2.6m
putting a ceiling into a room 10.2 m x 6.2 m
and fixing a water leak which seems to be coming in under one wall.
