Commercial fit out for a new dance studio located in Flinders Lane CBD. It's on the 6th floor and the owner will defit the existing fit out. Works to be done: either patch up the existing floor the stain and polish it OR lay floating floor, remove tiles from part of the area, paint existing walls, install mirrors, possibly paint or somehow cover (to re-colour) an existing reception desk area, fit new lighting/power points and install dance poles (need to be able to weld steel bars between existing beams then attach the poles to this). Job needs to be completed within 4-weeks and ready to start now.

Horrible service. Hired him to partially fit out a dance studio, initially he said he'd be finished in a week - 4 weeks later I was rushing him to finish they day before the business had to open, leaving me no time to actually get furniture delivered or set up. He left the place in a massive mess and said cleaning wasn't part of the quote. The job was left unfinished even though promptly paid in full and 3 months later he still has not returned my keys even though I have contacted him and his secretary, or whoever she is, multiple times. The key is for access to a city building & is a key I can't get cut myself and must return when my tenancy ends - and I can't because he won't give it back. I had to stay on his back for 4 weeks straight to get the job finished and ended up opening my business with an unfinished renovation - very embarrassing. Highly not recommended!
