NOTE: A REGISTERED COMMERCIAL BUILDER IS REQUIRED.
***I am not looking for a high-end shop fit out provider. I am just looking for a commercial builder who will construct 5 offices in an existing office space at a reasonable price.***
Plans will be emailed to interested builders
Access is via a stairwell and a small lift
Time frame - waiting on Building Permit - expect to have this mid to late August and will need an immediate start.
Works Requirements
Demolish existing office and screening wall.
Building office walls per plans.
Each of the 5 offices requires a solid core door (to aid sound proofing) plus handle. The store room also needs a door.
Painting - all in Berkshire White plus two feature colour walls. The doors will be painted in a feature colour too. We will nominate colours to the successful builder.
A small amount of cabinetry in the herb room per plans.
A sink and quality sensor tap to be installed in the existing bench in the herb room.
The wall buzzer will need to be repositioned from the wall above the sink to the partition wall next to reception.
Notes
All ceiling panels and lighting and vents are already in place.
We will take care of the flooring once the build is completed.
The shelving for the herb room (against the wall next to the internal stairwell) will be supplied by the owner. The builder should not quote on this.
No power points are required.
All furniture is being supplied by the owner.
