1. Removal of internal staircase (and enclsing walls) and re-instatement of floor to upper level. The dimensions for the boxed in room which contains the internal staircase is 6.1m X 1.77m
2. Downstairs bathroom area
·Remove male toilet, and open this space into the disabled toilet cubicle, allowing for a fixed bench/bed
·In remainder of the current male toilet, remove urinal and install a shower
·In current female toilets – remove current partial partitioning and install 2 (unisex) ceiling to floor cubicles with vanity basin contained within. Please cost with water efficient vanity which fills to cistern as discussed.
3.Removal of some internal walls and creation of some new walls/offices eg create one large meeting room 5.7m X 4m with a fold away or constantine wall which if drawn would create 2 smaller meeting rooms one of about 4m x 3m and 4m x 2.7m.
