Installation of small spa; including laying a concrete slab and steel mesh to accomodate spa. Spa measurements are 1980x1740, with a height of 900. The spa should be sunk 450mm, so removal of existing garden beds including soil and vegetation to 550mm to allow for the concrete slab and mesh. Also to box out and pour 2 concrete footings 200x300 for brick walls around 2 sides of the spa with a wall height of 180, which will match an existing wall on the third side. To install timber slats above walls and install small timber decking surrounding spa enclosure. Install 2.5 meters of glass pool fencing 1.2m high with self closing opening onto deck. In addition to the pool enclosure we have a large garden bed measuring 4.5m x750 with a height of 600 that needs removing at the same time and a new smaller garden bed in its place measuring 3m x 350 wiith a height of 500 to house existing plant. This wall can be block and rendered.
