We are an investor looking for a builder to become a long term ongoing contractor for all our projects. You would need to be able to build 12SQ + garage units (initially one at a time). Finish would only be builder's range and must be under $8,500/SQ. For the right contractor the work will be ongoing with no need to tender for every new project.
