we are seeking quotes for a carport over existing cement apron and to:
a) finish the garage to create a basic room w/ insulation, sound proofing, plasterboard walls & ceiling + skylight/s, or,
b) also include a compact bathroom + stack washer/drier, + compact kitchen + clothes closet area = create a self-contained studio apartment.
the colourbond garage is located on a corner block with a double sliding gate accessing large parking apron, making the garage very accessible from the street and with a good amount of room to work around. currently the garage is wired with a (fuses) power board, two roller doors & one window and one door.
