We have a double garage that we would like to convert in to a study/guest room and the other side to be a gym. we would also like to add a new double garage in front of the old one as we have space at the front of our house. we would like to enclose our small front porch so the door to the garage will be inside the front foyer(instead of outside on the porch). so we would need to repositiion the front door.
