Convert colourbond double garage into rumpus room

I got the quote for a double colourbond garage, but before I get it, I want to find out how much to get some internal walls and maybe a ceiling...(and if it is possible) just to provide a bit of insulation for guests. Ive read that they are fairly water tight. Also i wanted a rough idea of how much a brick double garage with foundations would cost just to compare, I assume it would cost more than the colourbond one.
