I'm looking for an qualified builder who has experience dealing with the Blacktown council and has good knowledge of home/landlord insurance. I have a brick garden shed in my back-yard which I'm hoping to convert into a room with a bathroom addition. The shed already has access to electricity, I'm not sure about plumbing/sewerage. The house is two level with a garage downstairs which I'm hoping to convert into another room. I need a builder who can give me a rough estimate for the job and advise me on council & insurance related issues.
