i'd like a decking built in my backyard. it will be around 5m x 6m, i would like it to include some bench seating and a 'decking' step down to the side of the garden.
i would also like some kind of shading (perhaps retractable) installed.
this is part of a larger project which will include re-fencing the backyard (i would really like a builder who would liaise with the fencer, or perhaps build the fence?). this will need to be done before the decking is done i think.
in terms of later on (phases after the decking):
i would also like to remove two panels in the back wall, one is a window and one is a window including a door, these are approx 3m x 3m and i want to replace them with french doors or similar, but that will be a later stage of the project.
i also want to pave a section of the backyard (probably only 4m x 2m).
