1. Require decrease in pitch of second story colour-bond roof from approx. 35 to 25 degrees (through an increase in height of opposing wall).
2. Supporting structure is timber.
3. Require assistance with roof lift only.
4. Existing material to remain where possible.
5. Owner-builder(s) on site to assist in-full as/when required
6. Relatively quick job (2 - 2.5 weeks max - weather permitting)
7. Very flexible with start date (sooner the better)
8. Scaffolding likely required (sufficient space available)
