basically, we have town planning approval for the construction of a dwelling to the rear of our existing allotment, however as a result, alterations and additions are required to the existing dwelling.
this includes: demolition of the master bedroom, construction of a single garage, alterations of existing bedroom formations and construction of a small dwelling addition. once this work is completed, sub-division of the existing dwelling can occur and commencement of the new dwelling may proceed.
the working drawings are basically completed and will be submitted to a building surveyor in the coming days.
permits, plans and all administration work will be completed by the owners.
